Easy Bread

Looking for a good, easy recipe for banana bread, I stumbled across this blogger that tells me the best they've found so far is in a book I already own! "Joy of Cooking" If you have this cookbook (like a bible for foodies) you should definitely try it out.

Right now I'm trying a recipe I found right next to this one - the Quick Beer Bread recipe. Was amazingly simple and I already had all ingredients! So far it smells like yeasty goodness without all the hassle of dealing with yeast. Can't wait to eat it! I'll report back. :)
