This deserves it's own post, I think.
I've found a new quick recipe for a healthy, delicious lunch. Baked potato with cheese, broccoli, and malt vinegar! The vinegar adds a zing and makes the potato moist. It's better than piling on some butter. :)
I went to the doctor today. I've been having this issue with my right arm and hand that hasn't gone away, so I figured it was time to get it checked. My right hand's pinky and ring finger were going numb when I'd sit at the computer too long and my back was uber-sore.
Well, turns out it's two issues - 4 large knots in my back AND a nerve entrapment in my elbow. The doc gave me some Lidocaine shots directly into the knots that should ease up the tension and break them up.

Robyn is a Swedish artist, but you probably wouldn't know that from just listening to her music. She does a fun mix of styles - I'm loving her newest album, self-titled "Robyn"! "Konichiwa Bitches" is one of my favorites. I love the humor, the sass, and creativity on this entire album. She's also got some more serious, pretty melodies in the mix and sometimes her voice reminds me of Kate Bush's, strangely. Check it out!
Ok, so this isn't exactly about design, but about the design of life. Cute bunny pictures are always entertaining. These friends were sitting/laying on our front lawn in the dappled sunlight. I esp like how the one is just sprawled-out, completely blissed. Awwww.... can you see them? They're masters of camfloguedry...
Look at this! Tips straight from Adobe! I've watched a few "episodes" and they've been pretty insightful - some were about little tips that really do add up to a lot of saved time.
